Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims may be resolved with store credit and/or a replacement item. Refunds are not provided.

Digital downloads and printable materials are non-refundable.
